Red Cat Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment business that provides temporary staff to a range of
industries solely within the UK.
All workers are assessed for their right to work in the UK. This is achieved by ensuring that each
candidate can personally provide their current ID/passport/visa/RTW of which we take a copy. We
would deem any candidate who is not in possession of their own ID/Documents to be a potential
victim of trafficking.
Our recruitment selection policies ensure compliance with this policy, and Management are trained
on the policy and the importance of compliance.
This statement h as been approved by the Company’s board of directors, who will review and
update it annually.
